[ckan-dev] Easy CKAN

Hi,

I'm working a lot to create a simple way to install and interact with a
clean CKAN installation.

New features: (version 0.2 Beta)
- One-command deploy.
- Simple server start on development mode.
- CKANext-Harvest auto install with daemon.

I'm based on CKAN documentation and I'm doing all hot fix on this installer
for Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04.
And I would be glad if somebody can help me with tests. I never work with
Pylons before and probably I will make some mistakes.

I can add more features to Easy CKAN, on the command line interface. Just
let me know.
