Hi Ross,

Not sure if all of them, but at least some of the errors you mention
seem to suggest that the server CKAN where is hosted can't resolve the
domain opendata.angus.gov.uk.

Make sure that this domain is accessible from the server. A quick
check shows that is not working for me either, so you  might need to
set ckan.site_url and the rest of the settings to a URL that is
actually accessible.
