Thanks so much, Adrià,

A simple tweak of the /etc/hosts file and it’s working perfectly.  Other plugins have come online now too.

The site URL does work across the internet but is only accessible from our IP address at the moment as we develop the site.

Hi Ross,

Not sure if all of them, but at least some of the errors you mention seem to suggest that the server CKAN where is hosted can't resolve the domain opendata.angus.gov.uk.

Make sure that this domain is accessible from the server. A quick check shows that is not working for me either, so you  might need to set ckan.site_url and the rest of the settings to a URL that is actually accessible.
