[ckan-dev] CKAN file upload size

Hi guys,

I'm wondering why a file upload size of 10MB is hardcoded into CKAN? I know
that I can directly go in and change that, but why was 10 chosen? Is there
a hard limit somewhere that I'm not aware of?
