Hi Mike,

I'm not sure why 10 MB was used in the first place, but that's not
hardcoded anymore (see
https://github.com/ckan/datapusher/commit/013c19e1143bf68d54fe35804a092eabb1af2249).
You can change it altering a configuration value (
http://docs.ckan.org/projects/datapusher/en/latest/using.html#configuring-the-maximum-upload-size
)
