[ckan-dev] URL's ignoring site_url configuration

ckan 2.5.1, ubuntu 14.04, google chrome, apache2

Looking at our page source we see

<body data-site-root="http://10.0.1.29/ckan/" data-locale-root="http://10.0.1.29/ckan/" >

10.0.1.29 is our internal network. The site_url is specified in the configuration. Not sure if this impacts anything, but thought I’d ask.
