[ckan-dev] Problem with resource after harvest

Hi all, 
i have two ckan instances: "data" and "data1". I loaded a resource in "data" machine within a python script (datastore_create and datastore_upsert APIs) and the url of the resource is set to /datastore/dump/resource_id. Everything works correctly. On the "data1" machine is running the harvest plugin, and after its execution the url of the uploaded resource becomes " http://datastore/dump/resource_id " (that does not point to any resource, then it does not work in the "data1" machine). 
Harvesting imports the new resource from "data" to "data1" but with a wrong url. 
How can I manage the resource on the local machine "data1"? Any ideas?
