I was looking for information on deploying CKAN using docker but was having
trouble finding up-to-date advice. It's great that you wrote about this and
created a Docker image that people can use. (I hope to try it soon)

What is the recommended way for adding additional CKAN plugins (e.g.
ckanext-dcat and ckanext-harvest) to an existing Docker image such as yours?
