[ckan-dev] Resource download waitintg to start

 Dear all

We are experienced a strange issue with some of the resource files.
When clicking the download link, the browser is "waiting" quite a long time until the download actually starts.
If you download using wget then you get the file almost instantaneously.

Here is an example of an small text file (.sno) file from resource http://www.envidat.ch/dataset/10-16904-1/resource/ec0609f1-42fa-4a20-945e-6809bb15a8a0

The server is sitting behind a firewall but it can be accessed through a proxy. From inside the firewall, all files can be downloaded from the browser without any issue. 

Does anyone have an idea of what can be going on?
