Hey Lucia,

Looks like your proxy is miss-configured. Your problem is keep-alive
connections (*Connection: Keep-Alive* in the headers) which your browser
will try to use by default. wget works for you since it's sending *Connection:
Close*. It's not CKAN....probably :)

Debugging this fully isn't possible without having access to it, but that
gives you something to look at.
