[ckan-dev] official basque translation of CKAN

##SELECTION_END##I have seen in the language github no 'official'
translations to Basque,

But I have seen some portals with this language running. 
http://www.gipuzkoairekia.eus/eu/web/errenteria/datu-irekien-katalogoa

Is it possible to find  the Basque translation?
