[ckan-dev] Harvest source error

Hello

I had a strange behaviour for my harvest sources.

I had created one and then deleted it.

If I try to recreate the same (with same url and name) I have errors 
telling me the harvest sources already exist with the same url and name.

Do I have to make another command to be sure this harvest source doesn't 
exist anymore?
