[ckan-dev] jsonpdataproxy over quota

Folks should be doing at least patch updates on their CKAN portals to stay
on top of security issues. They'd be kinda crazy not to (enough said on the
human condition). A break-fix change for such functionality, I think, would
warrant being included in  the next patch release (or the one after next as
I understand a patch release us due out very soon).

Matt, I'm sure that if you join the next tech team call on Thursday you'll
find an audience happy to progress a resolution with your support greatly
appreciated :)
