[ckan-dev] How to add triggers or notifications when user is adding data?

Dear CKAN community,

We recently adapted CKAN as our data portal. We have a main Django site to
reference the CKAN site. Every time when a user uploaded a new data, we
want to have a way to log that action.

It would be best if we can write some listener code to trigger whenever a
successful upload happens. Is this doable in CKAN?
