[ckan-dev] password validation failure user invite with ckanext-security

Hi

I just came across the password validation failure on inviting users to
groups/organisations by email. When using the ckanext-security plugin.

I've patched it for the site I am working on, which is a 2.7 one.

It's fixed on CKAN master. But not on 2.7.3.  I'm thinking the fix
should be pulled into 2.7 dev branch so it can be released in the next
update?
