[ckan-dev] CKAN 2.8 release process started

I don't know why, but this email gave me goosebumps :) 2.8! Fricken awesome
stuff :)

Massive thanks to the tech team for pushing these releases out with such
consistency and purpose. It is definitely appreciated!
