[ckan-dev] DataPusher - Forbidden

Hello friends good afternoon
I am trying to finalize the configuration of ckan on a server, but I am
encountering problems that I did not have during the installation process
on a local machine.

can anybody help me?
Here's the problem:
In the ckan (production.ini) configuration file on the line
"ckan.datapusher.url" is currently as http://127.0.0.1:8800, however I have
already tried http://0.0.0.0:8800, server address, I did not succeed in
either case.
When I add the server address on port 8800, it gives the time-out error;
When I try to access the service on port 8800 (example:
http://127.0.0.1:8800) I get the message "Forbidden - You do not have
permission to access / on this server."
Do I have to give permission for some folder?
