[ckan-dev] Job Workers Updates on Package Update but Not Datastore_create?

I have a function called ckanext-extractor (
https://github.com/stadt-karlsruhe/ckanext-extractor).

The job pushes stuff into the queue when a package_update is ran, but how
can i also make it trigger when when datastore_create is ran? Is this done
in the extension or is this a part of the job worker that needs to be
changed?
