[ckan-dev] question for CKAN maintainers: estimate about PR 4618

Hi Alex,

This PR is complete except for tests covering the new functionality
and time to review and merge. It's not the top priority for any of my
clients right now so it's hard to predict when it will be merged.

Why not try applying it to your own ckan fork and let me know if it
covers your needs? I would appreciate more eyes and hands on this PR
to get this work completed sooner.
