[ckan-dev] Commenting extension for CKAN

There is ckanext-discourse (
https://github.com/OpenGov-OpenData/ckanext-discourse) to integrate the
self-hosted open source commenting/forum software Discourse. I never used
it myself, but my colleagues used it for opentransportdata.swiss (e.g.
https://opentransportdata.swiss/en/dataset/timetable-2019-gtfs) and are
planning to use it for other sites as well.
