[ckan-dev] CKAN 2.5.2 installation on Windows 10

Hi team,

I have installed all python package required on my desktop excluding sole.

I have been getting below error while installing CKAN  setup.py file

 if parse_version(setuptools_version) < min_setuptools_version:
TypeError: '<' not supported between instances of 'map' and 'map'

Can anyone help me this.
