[ckan-dev] CKAN 2.5.2 installation on Windows 10

Hi Anuj

It looks like you are using the wrong Python interpreter or a broken
one. CKAN is (still) Python 2. Current version of CKAN is 2.8.3. CKAN
on Windows sounds quite adventurous and I doubt you'll get much support
 for that. Use Linux.
