We could do this as easily as i18nizing ckan -- and the actual
translation work involved for translators might be even less ...

OK, we just need to grab the code and do the same as for CKAN
(isitopendata is a pylons project too). Unfortunately I'm away next
week. If anyone else wanted to look at this please do -- o/w can look
at this on my return. BTW, isitopendata source is here:

Also John Bywater and Nick Stenning in cc helped code isitopen up so
any questions on code specifically do ask them as well as me :)
