[ckan-discuss] New CEP: Plugins for CKAN

A few weeks ago I started preparing a CKAN enhancement proposal around
plugins which I've now shared in the repo:

At the moment it is more a set of use cases rather than a spec for
implementation. Feedback, especially suggestions for other use cases,
or how to address some of the use cases already there would be *very
welcome*.
