Jonathan,

Great stuff! This Canadian group have lots of really interesting UI
ideas here - quite a different way of approaching the data and
building the community around it.

It would be great to have them linked up with CKAN's database, since
it gives them all the simple way to browse/search the data, public
API, metadata versioning, feeds, links to other government data in
ckan.net etc. Their community stuff and scraper stuff ideas are
complementary - they could develop that in their preferred web
environment, talk to CKAN over the API and use CKAN as just back end
or brand CKAN's front-end and use that for the basic data/tags/groups
browsing/search/history.
