[ckan-discuss] communication between users on ckan

A question and a thought on CKAN community aspects.

The question: I have noticed new users contributing to no.ckan.net. I 
want to get in touch with them, but if they don't enter their name/email 
as package Author, or if their user id cannot be connected to an email 
address, I am not able to find them. Is this correct or is there a way 
around it?

The idea: What about a new tab at package level called Discussion, like 
in Wikipedia. Both contributing users and those looking for data 
packages will often have questions or ideas regarding the package that 
they want to discuss. Perhaps suggestions to the data owner on how to 
publish data in a different format etc.
