First of all, thank you all for your quick responses!

@Friedrich: Of course it's no problem to have it in production in 2 to 3
weeks. Furthermore we want to help out anyway we can. Our team exists out of
java & scala specialists. Our knowledge of Python is limited to hobby-level.
Helping out with the specs should not be a problem :) Please let us know how
we can help out further.

@John: As Friedrich points out, responsetime might get high, because of
expected networkdelays. We're integrating CKAN in our own website. The CKAN
API is going to be hosted by the dutch government. So i'm worried about
performanceissues when i have to make up to 30calls for every
searchresultpage we serve.Otherwise you would have probably been right.
