Well I hear what you are saying, but we (with CKAN contributor hats
on) can't do anything about this, except document it.
- add a comment explaining your experience with the dataset
- rate the package
- add a note to the description (which I just did)
Beyond that, you'll have to talk to the publisher of the dataset ...

Add a custom extra field (not resource link, because it's not
downloadable) called "sparql_graph_name", and provide the graph URI as
its value. See [1].
