[ckan-discuss] Get your dataset on the next LOD cloud diagram

Jonathan: thanks to YOU all for providing CKAN and for allowing our slight
tweak to the requested information in order to catalog our perspective on
data sharing.

I love the idea of a catalog where data can coexist and where people can
find which formats best suit their needs, both for publishing / reaching
their target audience and for finding / consuming data.

And thanks for the invitation to post on the blog. What kind of post are you
thinking about?
1) A call for action for dataset providers to include themselves in the LOD
cloud diagram, or
2) would it be more of a description of what's out there wrt Linked Open
Data (after we've regenerated the stats)?

By the way, I've been adding my thoughts to the wiki as they come up during
this cataloguing effort (http://wiki.ckan.net/UX). I think that is better
than generating several half-baked messages to this list. But please let me
know if there is a better way to communicate my experience with the site.

Cheers,
Pablo
