Hi John,

Part of the idea for the moderation system at datacatalogs.org is to
make sure that changes are reviewed before the moderation team before
they go live. Is this currently turned on?

At the moment it looks to me like people can add new catalogs without
moderation, but revisions are moderated. Is this correct?
