I think we should move to: country.{2-digit-iso-code} i.e. country.gb.
For iso codes see:
<http://ckan.net/package/iso-3166-2-letter-country-codes> and it's
links e.g. to <http://opencountrycodes.appspot.com/>

In a way that tag could deprecated now that we have formats on resources ...
