[ckan-discuss] Bot to update tags to new conventions?

I actually took the liberty of using ISO codes as well as the country's name
for many of the packages I recently amended and created. With the exception
of the United States' packages, which are tagged `country.us`, `country.usa`
and `country.united-states-of-america`.
