[ckan-discuss] data.gov.uk 404s

Hi Ckan-discuss,

I raised this on -dev a while back, but I find far too many 404s on
links from data.gov.uk.  This is mainly due to the statistics.gov.uk
links.  For example, check this page:
http://data.gov.uk/dataset/public_sector_employment
all the statictics.gov.uk links are 404, and some links are to the
invalid domain nswebcopy.

Could really do with a 'report broken link' button - I wonder how many
people see this and just give up?
