That's an excellent idea for improvement, and we're taking note.

We have a new system for recording suggestions like this, only a
simpler system than using tickets. We have a wiki page for recording
them, and everyone is welcome to contribute:
http://wiki.ckan.net/Proposals The idea is that our team convert them
to tickets when we are to implement them.
