[ckan-discuss] Idea: exclude "About" and "Description" from summaries

The large majority of results have their first word as "About",
"Description" and occasionally "Summary". This makes it hard to skim
read records.

Perhaps we could use a post-processor somewhere that takes the
compiled Markdown HTML and strips any headings before they're included
as headings?
