That's a legacy of how we use to write the description field in thedatahub.

We could do this but it would seem like a bit of 'hack' in the core
codebase that was specific to one particular site. I think a better
approach is just to go and fix up those datasets at some point by hand
or automatedly ... (BTW if you are thinking of doing some automated
please consult the list before proceeding and as we don't want to
suddenly touch 1500 datasets at once without talking it through ;-) )
