[ckan-discuss] Conneg on CKAN?

Can someone please clarify the status of CKAN's implementation of
conneg, esp formats critical for linked open data work such as turtle?

I'm getting mixed signals from our developers; also, I'm hearing that
this capability has been "on again, off again" over the past year...
