[ckan-discuss] Adding other static pages (besides About)

Hello

Was not really following this discussion but a new extension is underway
that covers this use case exactly.

https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-pages

It is a bit rough and ready at the moment and needs some user interface
tweaks but is now functional and it would be good to contribute to that if
people are after a more general solution.
