What version of CKAN are you using?

In the CKAN 2.0 development version, I'm currently rewriting the
IDatasetForm docs and I've deleted that Customizing Forms page because
the instructions it gives are out of date.

Check out the branch example_idatasetform_without_tests for a working
example IDatasetForm plugin:
