[ckan-discuss] moving datasets into organisations

Hi Aaron,

Moving datasets into, out of or between Organizations can be done by a
user with sysadmin status - who will see an "Organization" drop-down
on the dataset's Edit page.

More on what sysadmins can do in this very fine guide I wrote recently:

https://github.com/okfn/ckan/wiki/CKAN-sysadmin-guide
