[ckan-discuss] One more case for CKAN in Brazil!

Hi all!

I'd like to share that we have one more government using CKAN (2.0!) in
Brazil, the city of Recife, at Pernambuco state.

I'll contact them to see if they want to share their case at OKF site.
(Maybe it'd be cool to have an English version as well?)
