[ckan-discuss] Ckan 2.0: Adding datasets to groups that you are not a part of

Hi Frank,

demo.ckan.org seems to be running a quite old version of ckan. I get
the exact behaviour that you are describing in beta.ckan.org and the
latest master, so I suspect something has changed on the way.

@Tobes, @David, is there a way under the new auth to allow adding
datasets to groups to all users? AFAICT the "logged_in" user has no
effect anymore?
