[ckan-discuss] Setting up the DataStore

good evening,
I was trying to install CKAN 2.0, but when I get to 
http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-1.8/datastore-setup.html#set-permissions I 
have a problem:
CKAN and PostgreSQL are on the same server ->
     To set the permissions, use this paster command after you've set 
the database URLs (make sure to have your virtualenv activated)

But I don't have virtualenv... and if i do: paster datastore 
set-permissions postgres -c /etc/ckan/default/production.ini
     Command 'datastore' not known

How can I set the permission?
