[ckan-discuss] created datasets not show in Organizations and not in Groups

Hi,
I set up ckna2.1 and i have some problems with creating datasets.

I created new Group  "group1". I am admin of created group1. 
If i create new dataset in group1 (group1 is selected during new dataset 
creation), taht new dataset1 (private or public) is not showed in group1. 
Created dataset1 is shown under all datasets.

I created new Organization "organization1" . I am admin of created 
organization1.
If i create new dataset in organization1 ( organization1 is selected 
during new dataset creation), taht new dataset2 (private or public) is not 
showed in organization1. Created dataset2 is shown under all datasets.

my development.ini :

ckan.auth.anon_create_dataset = False
ckan.auth.create_unowned_dataset = False
ckan.auth.create_dataset_if_not_in_organization = False
ckan.auth.user_create_groups = False
ckan.auth.user_create_organizations = False
ckan.auth.user_delete_groups = False
ckan.auth.user_delete_organizations = False
ckan.auth.create_user_via_api = False

did I missed some setting?
what i am doing wrong?
