[ckan-discuss] Issues with the stable harvest plugin and CKAN 2.1

Hello,

I'm installing CKAN it on a Ubuntu 12.04 server, installed following the 
instructions in 
http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/install-from-package.html. I dared to use 
the 2.1 package, installed the geospatial extension, as in 
http://docs.ckan.org/projects/ckanext-spatial/en/latest/, and the 
harvester on it, ( https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-harvest), using the 
stable branches.
Further, I've installed the CSW plugin, as in 
http://ckanext-spatial.readthedocs.org/en/stable/csw.html
and do have it runnning. Indeed, I can read the capabilities document 
with 
http://my_host/csw?SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&REQUEST=GetCapabilities 
<http://192.168.0.18/csw?SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&REQUEST=GetCapabilities>

Now I  have 2 issues:
1) Even if logged in as a Sysadmin user and accessing to 
http://my_server_ip/harvest, I do not see the button for adding a new 
data source.

2) Using http://my_server_ip/harvest/new, I only get Source Type CKAN, 
but not CSW.

What am I doing wrong?
