[ckan-discuss] Greek in preview

I have submitted a bug report about this, but I am curious to know whether
anyone else has problems with character encoding when previewing CSV files?

The resource on our trial CKAN at http://ckan.it.ox.ac.uk/dataset/lexicon-of-greek-personal-names/resource/fe03ffd5-21cf-43e2-964e-174ff2241b24
is a subset of a catalogue of ancient Greek people. Its largely fine, but the 4th column (“name”) comes out as entirely empty.
The original file (http://clas-lgpn2.classics.ox.ac.uk/status/architect/csv) is an unexceptional CSV showing UTF-8 Greek normally.

This is obviously a complete show-stopper for us using a CKAN for humanities RDM, but it must be something trivial.
any suggestions?
