[ckan-discuss] "Upload a file" option missing from Add Data form

Hi

I've just installed the 2.1 package and it appears to be up and running.
However, I want to upload a CSV file from the Create Dataset form, but the
option to upload a file is not available, there is only "Link to file" and
"Link to API". On the demo.ckan.org site there is also a "Upload a file"
option.

How can I enable this option?

Thanks in advance and apologies if I've missed something obvious!
