[CKAN-support] SA CKAN Instance - Data Testing [DLM=For-Official-Use-Only]

Hey Darwin,

There are several issues here, some of them are bugs in CKAN 2.0 (for
example https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/683 ), others appear to be
issues with the SA customisation or deployment.

I guess we need to assign someone some time to investigate and fix
these, probably next sprint?
