As I’ve mentioned in Standups, we’re slowly ditching TenderApp, and migrating over to Zendesk.

Just a quick heads up that there’s a services-coord zendesk account (with the password in services-coord lastpass).

I think I’ve set things up properly, so when a ticket’s assigned to that user, it’ll drop a mail out to this list to say there’s a new ticket.
