[CKAN-support] setting resource mime type

Hello George,

CKAN doesn't determine the mime type yet. We had text for the longest time
claiming that it did. I believe we removed the text in 2.2 and we're
working on getting CKAN to determine mime type.

This would probably be because they've mistakenly set the wrong type.
